Important safety information

NAD+ Injection is a compounded sterile prescription medication at 100 mg/mL. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. At-home use is subcutaneous only. Do not administer intravenously, intramuscularly, or by another route unless a separate prescription and qualified clinician explicitly direct it. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active cancer, or with known hypersensitivity to NAD+ or any component. Disclose all cancers, cancer treatment, chronic conditions, and medicines. Injection-site pain, redness, swelling, bruising, nausea, headache, temporary fatigue, lightheadedness, flushing, or warmth may occur and can be dose-related. Stop and contact the provider for persistent or severe symptoms. Seek emergency care for trouble breathing, facial or throat swelling, fainting, chest pain, severe neurologic symptoms, or signs of serious infection. Use sterile supplies, rotate sites, and never share needles or vials. Refrigerate immediately at 36–46°F (2–8°C), protect from light, keep in the original carton, and do not freeze. Do not use if cloudy, discolored, damaged, or containing particles. Record the first-puncture date and discard 28 days later regardless of remaining medication; also obey the pharmacy-labeled 180-day BUD from compounding. Keep out of reach of children. No energy, focus, cognition, sleep, recovery, anti-aging, longevity, mitochondrial, DNA-repair, or disease outcome is guaranteed.
