Privacy at MintRx
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MintRx collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
How this policy fits
It applies to consumer health data as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada law (SB 370), and Connecticut law, and we apply it to everyone who uses our website, wherever they live.
It adds to our Privacy Policy. Health information that licensed providers or pharmacies handle as protected health information under HIPAA is covered by our HIPAA Notice instead.
Section 1
The consumer health data we collect
Consumer health data is personal information that is linked, or could reasonably be linked, to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health. At MintRx, that can include:
- The health interest you choose when you sign up. Our sign-up form asks one optional question: what you're interested in from MintRx. The choices are sexual health, hormone therapy, skin care, hair loss, wellness and longevity, testosterone therapy, or "I'm not sure yet."
- The treatments you look at, add to your cart, or buy on our website, once they can be linked to your email address or phone number.
- Information you give when you request a treatment, such as answers to health questions, your medical history, and the prescriptions you request. Licensed providers and pharmacies use it to review your request and fill prescriptions.
- Health information in messages you send us, for example to Client Care.
- Inferences. We may conclude that you're interested in a type of treatment based on the information above, to choose what we send you.
Section 2
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use consumer health data only to:
- Send you emails and texts about the treatments you're interested in, when you've signed up to receive them.
- Provide the services you ask for, including licensed-provider review, prescriptions, refills, and delivery through licensed pharmacies.
- Answer your questions and give you support.
- Keep our website and accounts secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems.
- Meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use it to set or change your price. We do not use geofencing around places where health care is provided.
Section 3
Where it comes from
- From you, when you answer our sign-up question, request a treatment, place an order, or contact us.
- From your device, when you use our website, through cookies and similar technologies that record the pages and treatments you view.
- From licensed providers and pharmacies involved in your care, when they update the status of your request or order.
Section 4
Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only with:
- Our email and text message service provider. It receives your sign-up interest and the treatments you view or add to your cart, only so we can choose what to send you.
- Licensed providers and pharmacies that review your request and fill your prescriptions.
- Service providers that run our business for us, such as hosting, payment processing, delivery, and customer support. They may use the data only to provide their services to MintRx.
- Government, regulatory, or legal parties, when the law requires it.
- A successor organization, if MintRx is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not share consumer health data with advertising platforms.
Section 5
Your consent
We collect consumer health data only with your consent or when it's needed to provide a service you've asked for. The sign-up question is optional, and the form explains how your answer is used before you choose. We ask for your separate consent before we share consumer health data for any other purpose.
You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6). Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Section 6
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm and access. Ask whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it.
- See who received it. Get a list of every third party and affiliate we've shared your consumer health data with, with a way to contact each one.
- Delete it. Ask us to delete your consumer health data. We'll also tell our service providers and the third parties who received it to delete it.
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
- Appeal if we turn down your request.
Email [email protected] or call 866-855-6468 (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern). Tell us which right you want to use. We'll verify your identity before we act, using information we already have, and we won't ask for more than we need. Someone you authorize can make a request for you.
We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we'll tell you why and may take up to 45 more days. Requests are free up to twice in any 12 months.
If we deny your request, reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line within a reasonable time. We'll respond within 45 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general. Washington residents can file a complaint at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP. To remove your sign-up answer, email [email protected]. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Section 7
Security and how long we keep it
We protect consumer health data with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and limit access to people and service providers who need it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes in section 2 or as the law requires, and then delete it. Your sign-up answer stays on your profile until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe from all messages.
Section 8
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use or share consumer health data we've already collected, we'll ask for your consent first.
