Important safety information
Tri-Mix is a compounded prescription medication containing papaverine, phentolamine, and alprostadil. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Prescription medication is available only if prescribed after an online consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Tri-Mix is for eligible adult men only and is injected into the side of the penile shaft exactly as directed. Do not use if you are allergic to an ingredient, have been advised against sexual activity because of cardiovascular risk, or have a history of priapism. Do not combine Tri-Mix with sildenafil, tadalafil, Cialis®, Viagra®, or another ED treatment unless your provider specifically directs you to. Use sterile technique, never share or reuse needles, alternate injection sides, do not inject when fully erect, and do not exceed your prescribed dose. Use no more than once in 24 hours or three times per week. If an erection lasts longer than three hours or causes discomfort, go to the nearest emergency room immediately; MintRx does not dispense an at-home reversal agent. Store refrigerated at 36–46°F (2–8°C). Use an opened vial within 28 days and never beyond the pharmacy-labeled beyond-use date. Individual results vary, and no guarantee is provided.
