Seek urgent help for chest pain, shortness of breath, coughing blood, one-sided leg swelling, sudden severe headache, weakness or numbness, vision or speech change, severe allergic reaction, or suicidal thoughts. Report any new breast change or unexpected vaginal bleeding promptly. Use the lowest effective dose for treatment goals and reassess regularly with the care team.
