Important safety information
Sunfader contains prescription hydroquinone 4%, octinoxate, and oxybenzone and is not compounded. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use on broken, sunburned, or severely irritated skin or with known ingredient allergy. Apply as prescribed in the morning. SPF 15 is supplemental; layer broad-spectrum SPF 30+ for prolonged sun exposure. Hydroquinone must be limited to a 3–6-month course followed by at least 3 months off because continuous use can cause exogenous ochronosis, a potentially permanent paradoxical darkening. Stinging, dryness, peeling, redness, irritation, photosensitivity, or rare contact allergy may occur. Keep tightly closed at room temperature away from heat and light. Stop and contact your provider for severe irritation or allergic reaction. Individual results vary.
