Important safety information
Blender Rx contains prescription hydroquinone 4% and is not compounded. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use on broken, sunburned, or irritated skin or with known hydroquinone, sulfite, or ingredient allergy. Apply only as prescribed. Do not mix with tretinoin unless your provider specifically directs the amount and frequency. Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30+ is mandatory. Limit treatment to 3–6 months followed by at least 3 months off. Continuous use can cause exogenous ochronosis, a potentially permanent paradoxical darkening; patients with very dark skin tones require close provider supervision. Stinging, burning, redness, dryness, peeling, irritation, or rare allergic reaction may occur. Keep tightly closed at room temperature away from heat and light. Individual results vary.
