Scream Cream

Scream Cream is a compounded prescription topical containing ergotamine 0.03%, pentoxifylline 5%, sildenafil 1%, and theophylline 3%. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. For external use only. Apply only the amount and frequency prescribed to intact external genital skin; wash hands after use and avoid eyes, mouth, internal use, broken skin, wounds, or infection. Do not use during pregnancy, while trying to become pregnant, or while breastfeeding. Do not use with nitrates or nitric-oxide donor medicines, ergotamine-containing migraine medicines, significant cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, recent stroke or heart attack, or ingredient hypersensitivity unless explicitly cleared by the prescriber. Local burning, redness, irritation, or excessive sensitivity may occur. Headache, flushing, dizziness, palpitations, or other systemic effects are possible; stop use and contact the provider if these occur. Seek emergency care for chest pain, fainting, severe allergic reaction, stroke symptoms, or a sustained painful genital reaction. Residue can transfer to a partner through skin or oral contact; allow absorption and follow provider/pharmacist instructions about washing before contact. This product does not prevent pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. Do not apply more than directed; excess use increases irritation and systemic-exposure risk. Store tightly closed at 68–77°F away from heat and direct light and use before the pharmacy-labeled 180-day BUD. Individual response, onset, and duration vary.
