1. You choose a treatment or care need
You can begin with a specific treatment or browse by the reason you came to MintRx.
2. A licensed provider reviews your information
Prescription treatments require licensed-provider review and are available only when clinically appropriate. Submitting information does not guarantee approval.
3. A licensed pharmacy fulfills approved prescriptions
When a prescription is approved, MintRx coordinates licensed-pharmacy fulfillment and discreet delivery. The Patient Portal shows order progress and available next steps.
4. The pharmacy relationship continues
If questions come up before or after delivery, patients can contact the pharmacy team directly or use secure portal support. Clinical decisions and treatment changes remain with the appropriate licensed provider.
