Important safety information
RegrowPro is a compounded prescription foam containing minoxidil 7%, finasteride 0.1%, and tretinoin 0.025%. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Do not use if pregnant, planning pregnancy within 12 months, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, under 18, allergic to an ingredient, or on broken, infected, inflamed, or severely diseased scalp. Women who may become pregnant require documented effective contraception and provider approval. Finasteride can cause abnormalities in a male fetus. Female partners who may become pregnant should avoid direct contact with treated scalp for at least four hours. Men actively trying to conceive require provider review. Do not combine with oral finasteride or dutasteride without explicit direction. Topical finasteride has lower systemic exposure than oral dosing but exposure is not zero; sexual, mood, breast, fertility, and persistent post-discontinuation symptoms have been reported with finasteride. Systemic minoxidil absorption can cause dizziness, low blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, swelling, fluid retention, chest discomfort, or headache; disclose cardiovascular disease and blood-pressure medicines. Tretinoin can cause redness, peeling, burning, dryness, and sun sensitivity. Initial shedding during weeks 2–8 can occur. Stop and seek urgent care for chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, marked swelling, severe heartbeat changes, facial/throat swelling, or severe rash. Apply 1 mL once daily to dry affected scalp, leave at least four hours, wash hands, avoid eyes/face, heat/flame until dry, and do not exceed the prescribed amount. Store at room temperature away from sunlight. Follow the pharmacy-labeled 180-day BUD. Results vary; no regrowth, density, volume, sexual-safety, or side-effect-free outcome is guaranteed.
