Do not use any ED medication on this page with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or riociguat. Certain heart conditions require provider assessment, and you should not use these treatments if you have been advised against sexual activity. Do not combine ED medications — including combining Tri-Mix with an oral treatment — unless your provider specifically directs you to. Common side effects of the oral treatments may include headache, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion, backache, and (with apomorphine in Mint Mojo) nausea. PT-141 may cause nausea and temporary flushing. Mint Vibe and Tri-Mix require refrigeration.
Tri-Mix and PT-141 injection are injected and carry additional risks: sterile technique is required, needles must never be shared or reused, and injection sites should be alternated to avoid irritation or scarring. Tri-Mix is contraindicated with a history of priapism and is not for use by women or children. For any ED treatment, seek emergency care immediately for an erection lasting 4 or more hours, chest pain, sudden vision or hearing changes, or a severe allergic reaction.
